Healthwatch Guides to help you online

New Healthwatch guides to help you find online information and get started with video calls. We have guides to get you started with the NHS App, Zoom and askmyGP
Example of a Zoom screen during video call

Our volunteer co-ordinator Rachel has put together a series of guides to help people use apps and other online resources. The guides are broken down into simple steps to help first time users.

You can register for the NHS app or askmyGP to connect to your GP surgery online, and learn how to use video calling apps such as Zoom to stay connected with family and friends. Click on the pink box below to open each guide. You can download and print them for easy reference.
