    On 2nd August 2016 we carried out an enter and view at Dewdown House. This was aimed at collecting as much information possible from everyone present and then making our own recommendations as to how the service could improve

    On 12th July we sent a team of authorised volunteers and staff to carry out an enter and view at Ambleside Nursing Home. This was aimed at gathering as much information as we could from staff, residents and their families

    We carried out an enter and view at Weston hospital over two dates - 22nd October and 25th November to try and gather as much information as possible from both staff and the general public.

    On 18th January 2018 our team of trained enter and view staff visited Longton Grove. We have now published our report which details all our findings, information gathered and recommendations for improvements to the service.
