On 2nd August 2016 we carried out an enter and view at Dewdown House. This was aimed at collecting as much information possible from everyone present and then making our own recommendations as to how the service could improve -

On 12th July we sent a team of authorised volunteers and staff to carry out an enter and view at Ambleside Nursing Home. This was aimed at gathering as much information as we could from staff, residents and their families -
