Our Enter and View report is now available for Heywood surgery following our visit on the 7th December 2017

On 4th December 2017 we carried out an Enter and View visit at Landford General Practice. Our trained volunteers and staff members visited the practice to observe and collect information from patients and staff

On 30th November our trained team of volunteers and staff carried out an enter and view visit to Mendip Vale surgery in Congresbury

Our report for the enter and view carried out at the community hospitals minor injuries unit is now available to the public. We entered and viewed the unit on 8th November 2017

Our Prioritisation panel meets every quarter. It is a group made up of directors, staff and volunteers who look at the public feedback to identify issues and decide about making any recommendations, visits or referrals.

We held our 2017 AGM on Tuesday 10th October at Weston College
