Health & Care - Your Story Event

Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group ask "Do you have a story to tell?"
Three different coloured speech bubbles

We often hear people say health and care services are under pressure and can’t continue as they are. What does this actually mean for the future of our local health and care services? How can we evolve our services so they are fit for the future? Is there more we can do as individuals and communities to keep healthy and well?

Healthier Together is a partnership of 13 health and care organisations in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire that are committed to working together more closely to improve care and local services.

Please join us for an afternoon of discussions to:

  • Talk through our vision for the future of health and care in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire
  • Understand your experiences and what matters to you
  • Help us to shape some of our priority topics

This event is open to anyone with an interest in health and care services in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (local people and organisations, patients, staff, carers, volunteers).

If you’d like to come along, please confirm your attendance by registering above and feel free to pass this invitation to friends and colleagues who may also be interested in attending.

If you’d like to find out more, please get in touch with our Healthier Together Office.
