Improving Outpatient Experience Workshops
hey have just started on their journey to improve their outpatient services from the point of referral to discharge. They need your help and experience to create together the best service possible.
This is an invitation to you to take part in one of two workshops:
Daytime:

In addition to hearing from voluntary and community organisations about experiences they have heard of NBT are also looking for people to join the workshops who have recently experienced health care through the outpatient services at Southmead Hospital (North Bristol NHS TRUST) either as a patient, service user or a carer in the last 24 months (2 years). The Trust will not be able to deal with personal matters of concern in the workshop but want to hear from a wide range of perspectives what makes good outpatient experience as well understanding what the impact of poor experience is.
