NSCP held its eighth awards ceremony to celebrate the achievements of its staff at Winter Gardens, in Royal Parade, on Friday (October 10).

Georgie was asked to present the Community Impact Award which went to the Residential Home Support Team for their work improving training for care home staff, Rebekah Jeavons was runner up for going above and beyond to support homeless people in North Somerset.

After this presentation NSCP’s chief executive Judith Brown sprung a surprise and presented Georgie with an award for supporting the employee-owned social enterprise, since it separated from the NHS in 2011.

“I had no idea I was going to get this. Such a lovely surprise. I would like to thanks NSCP very much for recognising the community work I did with them over the last number of years.”
