Public Meeting Report - Hospital Discharge
The hospital discharge process has become a topic that requires attention in North Somerset, and across the country.
While it is important that patients receive the best care possible during their time in hospital, it is just as important that the same level of attention and care is paid when patients leave hospital and return home.
The Healthwatch North Somerset Hospital Discharge: Harnessing the Power of Your Experience workshop provided members of the public with the opportunity to voice their views, personal experiences and suggest improvements that could be made to the existing discharge processes.
