How your feedback has made a difference: April - June 2021

Between the beginning of April and the end of June 2021, we received 103 pieces of feedback on a wide range of health and social care issues, including primary care services (e.g. GPs) and secondary care services (e.g. hospital services, CAMHs)

Sharing your feedback with us helps us let health and social care service providers, local commissioners with national bodies such as the Care Quality CommissionNHS England, and Healthwatch England, know how services are working in the North Somerset area.

Of the 103 pieces of feedback we received this quarter, 33 were positive, 63 were negative, and 2 were mixed.

The topics we received the most feedback on were GPs (38 pieces of feedback) and pharmacy services (11 pieces of feedback).
