  2. Improving mental health support for children and young people

    Children and young people told us they needed better mental health support in schools. We identified that there were gaps in service provision. Now, Mental Health Support Teams are being introduced to secondary schools across the local area.

  3. Better GP care for patients in North Somerset

    Thanks to people sharing their their feedback about Graham Road Surgery with us, we've helped the surgery identify the issues that are negatively affecting patients and make changes in order to improve the quality of care.

  4. Connecting older adults to online health services

    In 2022-23, we supported more than 1000 people and held almost 150 learning sessions to help older adults learn about the NHS app and develop the skills to order prescriptions, view test results, book GP appointments, and access online consultations.

  5. Influencing better planned and emergency care

    When plans were drawn up to bring about the next stage of the development of Weston General Hospital, we were asked to facilitate the inclusion of local views and experiences to ensure any changes would benefit people of all ages and levels of need.
