IAPT – ‘Improving Access to Psychological Therapy’ – is a national programme to support people who are going through depression, anxiety and other common mental health problems.

The Clinical Commissioning Group, who specify and buy health services in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, have written a new specification for the IAPT service which sets out how the service will be provided across the region.

The Clinical Commissioning Group recognises that some people would rather express their views in person than through an online survey, so The Care Forum are holding a group discussion in North Somerset.

Venue: Vintage Church, North Somerset

Date: Monday 20 August 2018 from 1 until 3pm.

Lunch will be provided beforehand at 12.30pm. Out of pocket expenses will be provided for unwaged participants who are not coming as representatives of organisations – please notify The Care Forum in advance.

If you would like to attend please register your interest using the following contact details, specifying any dietary and access requirements.
