Enter and View at The Heath Centre
Healthwatch North Somerset sent a team of authorised enter and view volunteers to Health Centre. Below is our full report detailing all our findings, including responses from staff and public together with our recommendations going forward
The following are some of the many observations made by the team
- The building was easy to find and well signposted
- The centre was friendly, clean and tidy
- The Receptionists were very friendly
- The waiting room had plenty of room for pushchairs or wheelchairs
- There were patient toilets although there were no signs
- The practice have a good website
The Enter & View team made the following two recommendations to help improve the service given
- Information regarding the Patient Participation Group was not visible during the visit and they could easily have a board up advertising them in the waiting area
- There were no names or photos of the surgery staff displayed. A name board in the waiting area would give a more personal feel for patients.
