Harbourside Medical Practice
Healthwatch North Somerset carried out an enter and view at Harbourside Family Practice on 18th April. We have now published our report detailing both our findings and our recommendations
As part of our campaign to visit as many GP practices in North Somerset as possible, we chose to visit Harbourside Medical Practice.
Comments and quotes were recorded by the Enter & View Representatives whilst they were observing the practice and engaging with the staff and patients there.
Recommendations to improve the service for the patients were made at the end of our report - including that we felt a newsletter ought to be clearly on display and that the main reception area was looking a bit shabby. We are pleased to say Harbourside responded to these two particular points with postive plans to rectify them both.
