On the 8th February 2017 a team of trained staff and volunteers carried out an enter and view at Yatton Hall. This was to collect as much information possible on the service and make recommendations to help improve the service. -

Our Prioritisation panel meets every quarter. It is a group made up of directors, staff and volunteers who look at the public feedback to identify issues and decide about making any recommendations, visits or referrals. -

On Monday November 6th 2017 we take part in the ‘National Meals on Wheels Week’. Our volunteers and two staff members will be joining drivers from Castlewood and Worle to deliver our leaflets to gather feedback on services. -
