    On 20th June 2017 a team of trained and authorised enter and view volunteers and staff visited Silvertrees Care Home.

    On 16th May 2017 we carried out an enter and view at Cherrywood House. Our team of trained volunteers and staff entered to get information and feedback from as many people as possible.

    On the 8th February 2017 a team of trained staff and volunteers carried out an enter and view at Yatton Hall. This was to collect as much information possible on the service and make recommendations to help improve the service.
